Career Spotlight: From Employee to Entrepreneur

I was recently invited to the #Digital360Chat on Twitter where I talked about my career, especially the transition from employee to entrepreneur. What began as a simple personal branding exercise to get better known as an expert and get a job outside my industry, ended up creating not one, but two business.

  • Account Manager Tips provides consulting and training solutions to help organisations grow revenue and reduce churn by empowering their account management teams with the tools and mindset to succeed.
  • The KAM Club is a private learning community helping busy account managers get results and make an impact to their clients and careers.

It’s not been an easy journey, but certainly an interesting one that’s been driven by my passion to help my clients and my colleagues reach their potential. Here’s the recap (and be sure to check out the #Digital360Chat on Twitter every Friday at 12pm ET)
